Praise for New Forest Disability Just Got Home service

New Forest Disability (NFD) Just Got Home (JGH) programme provides a professional Hospital to Home service that is available to New Forest residents from Lymington, Fordingbridge and Romsey Hospitals. A recent Just Got Home client reported to us that they found the service extremely useful, and went on to say ‘the information provided by the Just Got Home team was delivered in a helpful and professional manner’.  ‘The lady was friendly and courteous, arrived promptly and brought a wealth of information which she explained very well’.  ‘Having a local organisation dedicated to helping me lessened the feeling of isolation’.
