Information and advice
Since 1998, we’ve been answering questions about just about anything associated with living with a disability or long-term health condition. Our experienced advisors provide free information, advice and support across a range of disability-related topics.
Although we do not give medical advice, we have a wealth of knowledge which enables us to help you make informed choices.
We are not experts in everything and can refer you to an alternative organisation if it’s agreed that this would be more appropriate.
Please do get in touch if you need information, advice or guidance; no question is too big or too small!
