Excellent feedback in our annual survey

Your feedback is important to us! Recently, New Forest Disability Information sent a feedback survey to everyone who has received our support over the past year.

We are delighted that 98% of the 182 surveys completed rated their experience of New Forest Disability Information Service as good/very good. 77% of those surveyed came to us seeking advice and support with welfare benefits, with the remainder seeking disability-related information, mobility equipment or support going home from hospital.

Importantly, 98% considered that we met their needs well/very well, with 96% saying that our support has made a difference in their life, 96% feel more confident following our support.

Our small team of Advisors work hard to help people living with disabilities in the New Forest area. In the survey, 97% considered that the person(s) supporting them were professional/very professional, and 98% considered that the person(s) supporting them were respectful and kind. 98% considered that we provided good/very good support.
