Lifeline alarm service provided by New Forest District Council (NFDC), which works throughout the house and garden to provide reassurance, security and confidence to support independent living.
Possible additional services include an automatic falls alarm, programming of additional devices (eg smoke detectors) to trigger an automatic call, and an ID wristband for use outside the home
Concessionary rates may be available in some circumstances and will be assessed on application on a case-by-case basis.
