We are always happy to assess for suitability before you buy any piece of mobility equipment or daily living aid; we will never knowingly sell an item that is not suitable for your situation.
Come in and discuss your needs and see if we can help you to find a solution.
Due to government guidelines
all regular outreach services in libraries etc are currently closed

The shop and telephone helpline
We are covid-19 compliant
and will do everything we can to keep you and our Team safe.
Only one person (or a couple together)
to enter reception at a time please
and stay within the marked area.
Due to limited space
waiting will be outside
(under the canopy) with

Purchasing of daily living aids, mobility equipment
& other items will now be possible,
please follow our Team's guidance regarding
safe handling of stock.
Lightly used equipment
Donations of lightly used CLEAN
items will be accepted
by telephoning us first
and following our guidelines.
Donated items MUST NOT be brought
into the building - use safe area outside
all items will be quarantined for a
minimum of 72 hours before being prepared for sale, in good faith.
All items are purchased as seen.

During the current concerns for public health we wish to reassure clients we are currenly handling appointments - just in a different way.

Your Advisor will telephone you at the agreed appointment time and complete your benefit application over the phone...

to your Advisor if appropriate).
Support to keep you safe
We have a large database of
support services to help you self isolate.
Including meal deliveries, pet supplies, shopping deliveries, and support groups.
We are currently offering a
telephone chat if you are feeling isolated
or lonely and wish to talk to someone friendly - all our volunteers are DBS checked and confidentiality trained.
