During the current concerns for public health we wish to reassure clients we are currenly handling appointments - just in a different way.
If you have an appointment already booked we have already contacted you by telephone to discuss the best way to support you - and arranged a telephone appointment.
Future appointments will be made as telephone appointments. You will speak to the same Advisor but instead of visiting our offices we shall telephone you at the agreed appointment time.
The shop will remain closed for the
Purchasing of essential daily living aids, mobility equipment & other items such as incontinence
pads & pants
will be possible by telephoning us first.
Support to keep you safe
We have a large database of
support services to help you self isolate.
Including meal deliveries, pet supplies, shopping deliveries, and support groups.
We are currently offering a
telephone chat if you are feeling isolated
or lonely and wish to talk to someone friendly - all our volunteers are DBS checked and confidentiality trained.
