second hand
disability equipment

We are always happy to assess for suitability before you buy any piece of mobility equipment or daily living aid; we will never knowingly sell an item that is not suitable for your situation.

We will open the shop door for you to view and purchase essential supplies.
We are covid-19 compliant
and will do everything we can to keep you and our Team safe.

Purchasing of daily living aids, mobility equipment
& other items will be possible,
please follow our Team's guidance regarding
safe handling of stock.

Lightly used equipment 
Donations of lightly used CLEAN
items will be accepted
by telephoning us first
and following our guidelines.

Donated items MUST NOT be brought
into the building - use safe area outside


all items will be quarantined for a
 minimum of 72 hours before being prepared for sale, in good faith.
 All items are purchased as seen.

During the current concerns for public health we wish to reassure clients we are currenly handling appointments - just in a different way.

All appointments
will be made as telephone appointments.
 

Your Advisor will telephone you at the agreed appointment time and complete your benefit application over the phone...
...we have systems in place for how you will
sign your form
(also how you can get forms and supporting documaentation
to your Advisor if appropriate).

We are being 'inventive' in our ways to deliver services and try to help everyone in a way that is appropriate to their personal situation.
